Suarez joined Inter Miami in December, saying he was excited to rejoin with ‘wonderful pals’.

The experienced attacker joined former Barcelona teammates Messi, Jordi Alba, and Sergio Busquets who were already at the club.

Messi and Suarez will be on opposite sides in the coming weeks, with the two slated to play for world champions Argentina and Uruguay in the Copa America.

The event is scheduled to take place in the United States from June 20 to July 14.
