Superstar C. Ronaldo invests in real estate, planes, yachts and personal hobbies when he earns hundreds of millions of pounds each year.
The Portuguese forward is said to have signed a one-year contract extension with Al-Nassr, which will see his current salary increase to more than £167.9m (€200m), keeping him the highest-paid footballer in the world. Ronaldo will also receive a stake in the club, taking his net worth to £500m.

C.Ronaldo’s initial contract with Al-Nassr from the beginning of 2023 is worth around £164m per season along with £49m from off-field activities.
With a sky-high income, the striker, who is about to turn 40, has spent millions of pounds on a lavish lifestyle over the years, investing in luxury vehicles, real estate and diamond-encrusted watches.
C. Ronaldo has an incredible property portfolio . After staying at the Four Seasons Hotel for £250,000 a month, he and his family bought a villa in the Al Muhammadiyah residential area in 2024.
In addition to the villa in Saudi Arabia, the superstar also owns many other luxury real estates. In 2021, he invested in a property in Portugal with the plan to build a “hospital-sized” villa in Quinta da Marinha, but this plan was delayed for more than two years. C. Ronaldo’s villa in Portugal is expected to have a giant glass swimming pool with an underwater walkway and a master bedroom of nearly 93 square meters. This is considered the most expensive real estate development project in Portugal.

The former Real Madrid star also owns two luxury apartments in central Lisbon, including the most expensive penthouse ever sold in Portugal, and a £7m villa on the island of Madeira, where he was born. In 2015, he bought an old warehouse and spent another £7m to renovate it into a seven-storey mansion, where his mother, Dolores, and brother Hugo now live. The villa has two swimming pools and an indoor football pitch.
C. Ronaldo also owns a flat in Madrid, designed by architect Joaquin Torres, with 7 bedrooms, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a state-of-the-art gym, a football pitch and door handles with the CR7 monogram. The rent for this apartment is £8,800 a month.
The Al Nassr superstar is also said to have bought a £1.4m holiday villa in La Resina, Spain, and another villa worth tens of millions of pounds on Jumeirah Bay, Dubai. The veteran striker is selling his seven-bedroom mansion in Alderley Edge, Cheshire, for £4.9m.
Ronaldo is also a watch collector, with his most expensive watch being a £1.4 million Girard-Perregaux Planetarium Tri-Axial Tourbillon Rose Gold with Diamonds. He also owns a £618,000 Jacob & Co, a £1 million Hublot and a £665,000 Breguet. In 2023, Ronaldo became a shareholder in Chrono24, an online watch marketplace.
In 2024, Ronaldo upgraded his transport by selling his Gulfstream G200 and buying a £61 million Bombadier Global Express 6500. The plane can accommodate up to 15 passengers, with multiple rooms including a lounge area, double bedroom and en suite bathroom.

C. Ronaldo also bought a private yacht called Azimut Grande worth £5.5 million in 2020. This yacht has 5 cabins, 6 luxury bathrooms, and can accommodate 8 guests.
The Portuguese superstar is also known for his £18million car collection , which includes a limited edition Bugatti Centodieci worth £8.5million. He also owns a £600,000 Mercedes G-Wagon Brabus, a £1.5million Bugatti Veyron, a £200,000 Mercedes-Benz S65 AMG, a McLaren MP4-12C, a £270,000 Lamborghini Aventador, a £250,000 Bentley Flying Spur, a £200,000 Aston Martin DBS Superleggera, a Bentley Continental GT, a Lamborghini Urus, a £40,000 Chevrolet Camaro and a £1.4million Ferrari Monza.
