LIONEL Messi’s new Salt Bae-style restaurant has been criticized by diners for its eye-popping prices.

Footy’s supporters criticized him for charging £18.30 for a plate of macaroni.

The ravioli of the Argentine World Cup hero costs £39.20 although it is stuffed with lobster.

The 35-year-old PSG ace also sells a Ballon d’Or chocolate dessert for £30.90.

Fans said they would only pay for it if the former Barcelona great was serving it.

The Spanish influencer Mónica Moran visited her restaurant Hincha, which translates as supporter, in the five-star hotel MiM, in the small principality of Andorra.

Monica shared a clip from her trip with her 9.4 million followers on TikTok.

The video went viral with 13.8 million views.

Monica said: “We ordered a pizza to share and it was very good.

“They came to show us the meat that they were going to make us, and the truth is that it was a 10 out of 10, incredible”.

To finish off, the group decided to order the soccer shady pudding in honor of their record seven best soccer titles in the world.

Monica described the candy as “a very strange mix.”

He added: “Although it was very pretty, inside there was only cream, peanuts, popcorn and marshmallow.”

But fans were baffled by the prices.

One said: “The macaroni cost 18 pounds (€21)… Is Messi coming to prepare them? Ha ha ha.”

Samir remarked: “If Messi doesn’t bring my food to the table and sit down with me to eat.

“I want nothing”.

Alejo wrote: “I’m going to sell my grandmother’s house, but I’m leaving, I’m leaving.”

Another fan joked that it would cost “two kidneys, eight lungs, and two hearts.”

Unearthed footage of Messi visiting Salt Bae’s restaurant in Dubai emerged after the Turkish chef’s extravagant World Cup final stunt last year.

The celebrity chef came under fire for pestering Argentina’s talisman into taking a selfie on pitch in an embarrassing display following the tournament shooting.

Turkish cook and Instagram star, real name Nusret Gökçe, was filmed grabbing Messi by the shoulder at least twice.

Messi tried to ignore him before finally agreeing to pose for a photo.

However, it was not the first time they had met.

The video shows Messi eating at Gökçe’s Dubai steakhouse with his wife Antonela Roccuzzo and a friend in November 2018.

Barcelona striker Messi gives the chef a hug and shakes hands as his table gets the full VIP treatment.

After theatrically slicing the steak, Salt Bae invites Messi to sprinkle salt on it.

Other diners then cheer and applaud as the chef thrusts a piece of meat into Messi’s mouth with the tip of his knife.

He also smiled as he posed for a photo with Gökçe and former Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba, who dined there the same evening.

At the time, the two stars were on a break from international duty.

Another video showed them deep in conversation, sparking transfer speculation as Pogba urged Messi: “We have to play together.”

Salt Bae’s restaurants are known for their exceptionally high prices, particularly their steaks.

Guests will pay a staggering £1,350 for a Golden Giant Striploin and £1,450 for a Golden Giant Tomahawk at his Knightsbridge restaurant.

A Golden Burger sells for £100 each.
