Messi, Antonela, and other Miami locals, such as Elena Galera, the spouse of Messi’s colleague Sergio Busquets, frequent this specialty training center because of its emphasis on glute workouts.
Antonela recently showed off their commitment to fitness by posting pictures from their workouts at Contreras’ gym. Since moving to the United States, the Messi family and their friends have made the “Glute Lab” their go-to training location, demonstrating their dedication to being in top physical shape during the offseason.
