Mahomes’ Missouri Ranch house hits the market at just under $3 million
In the year 2019, the talented Texas QB Patrick Mahomes purchased a humble ranch house in Missouri’s prestigious Country Club District for about $1.9 million. After four years, Mahomes and his wife Brittany Mahomes have decided to sell their midcentury home, now listed just below $3 million. The ranch-style house, originally built in the 1950s, underwent renovations worth $400,000.
Upon entering, visitors are greeted by a nearly 4,800 square feet open-concept living space. The interior boasts elegant blonde hardwood floors, built-in features, and expansive floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the rooms with natural light. This thoughtfully designed home offers three bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a spacious and inviting ambiance.
The listing is currently managed by Cami Jones and Paige Buechele, both affiliated with ReeceNichols Real Estate, which is an esteemed partner of Berkshire Hathaway.
According to Realtor.com, Mahomes is the proud owner of a lavish mansion in Dallas, which he acquired for a staggering $3.37 million in 2020. In addition, he possesses a modest apartment in Missouri that he obtained in 2017 when he was still a rookie. However, despite his attempt to put it on the market in 2019, the apartment failed to attract any buyers.
Moreover, he has recently acquired a prime piece of real estate in the exclusive Loch Lloyd country club community of Kansas City, paying a whopping $400,000. Per source DIRT, the reason behind the decision to sell the ranch house is that he already owns other properties nearby, and he intends to construct a personalized mansion on a plot of land, that will even have a half-football field.
